well it sometimes takes a while if you are a high level.. but you can do quests, lamps, and just normal training.. like when i was cb level 52 a good place to train is Spiders, in the stronghold security hole in the barbarian village its on the 3rd or 4th floor ( the green level) ok so hope this helps you out!

In my opinion, defence for higher levels is not that hard, but takes time. Attack and strength are good to raise. I recommend training all of them.
Your able to get your attack up fast if you attack and kill animals or people above your level you gain more experience. When I played Runescape I used to do this alot. It's great fun isn't it!
The best way is to battle guards in Varrock....my character's name is bronzeshine..I'm lvl 74.
if you're p2p with high levels, I suggest Armored Zombies. If you're a f2p player, I recommend ankous or minotaurs in the security stronghold(barbarian stronghold).
There are no cheats on Runescape to help you raise your levels, if you come across any, their fake, and you'll be ended up with a hacked account, so don't try anything. All you need to do is just work very hard with your woodcutting, and get a good hatchet, it may be a lot of money, but, if your a member, it helps you faster. :]
The levels remain the same, you raise your Pokemon to those levels to evolve them.
