i did this once before ..... key in the ignition, turn key all the way forward without engaging starter motor, then turn it all the way back. You have to repeat that 7, or 8 times in a row. (i cant remember the exact amount of time that has to be done) not more then 10 though. Then hit the lock button on your new remote. Something should happen like the horn will honk, or a bell will ring in the cab. That's it, it should be programed to your truck.

The keyless entry remote for Nissan vehicles can be purchased at a Nissan dealership. They typically cost around $100 USD.
use your key and reprogram your remote from the dealership
if it has power door locks then it should have keyless remotes
You need to have the dealer do this one as it takes a special computer.
No.
http://www.nissanpathfinders.com/remotes.htm These remotes had notoriously cheesy internal clicker switches, which tended to fall off the PWB & were only repairable by a competent TV technician. Get a new remote (available online for as little as 7$) and reprogram the vehicle to accept it.
This web site shows you how to do that and more. http://www.lincolnsonline.com/tech/tech.html
