Any mainstream virus scanner should find it, such as Norton. AVG Anti Virus does for sure.
Your best bet is to use a solid anti-virus. Norton and Mcafee are the big names, but are very resource-heavy and also expensive. I recommend anti-vir antivirus, available for free from www.free-av.com as it does and excellent job, and is updated extremely frequently.
I also recommend F-Prot as a non-free alternative. Install one of the above and do a system scan in Safe Mode with System Restore turned off.

for System Restore (XP only) right click on My Computer, choose Properties, then go to the system restore tab and check the "Turn system restore off" box.
