The entire dash and console must be taken out in order to get to the evaporator box. Figure on at least a weekend for this and make sure you bring a lot of patience with you.
You must have done some homework already on this to know about the liner. If you take it to an a/c shop they will charge you somewhere in the neighborhood of 1800.00 for this repair; I would recommend that you also replace the heater core at the same time.
You need to remove the old liner. Leaving the old one will cause the new one to retain moisture between the layers and rot the new vinyl and rot the walls of the pool.
No the amount of weight exerted on the liner of even a litle water makes this imposible to do.

A professional installer is usually the the best option to replace your liner but in a nut shell 1) Drain the water 2) Remove the skimmer, return and main drain face plates. 3) Remove the Old Liner 4) Clean and prepare the bottom and walls 5) Place the liner at or in the pool as the manufacturer specifies 6) Start to hang the liners bead in the pool track 7) Once the bead is in all around the pool and the liner is aligned turn on vacuum 8) If everything fits start to add water 9) When there is about 12 inches of water in the deep end the main drain face place can be installed 10) When there is about 12 inches of water in the shallow end the vacuum can be removed and usually the skimmer and return face plates can be installed and cut in
There are a number of ways you could remove stains from worms on a vinyl liner. You could use cleaners.
You should never completely drain an above ground pool. The chemicals in the vinyl liner that allow it to stretch when originally installed do not last. If you drain the water, the liner will shrink and when you refill the pool there is a good chance that instead of stretching back the liner will rip instead. NEVER drain your pool.
you must drain it then reattache but if it is torn you have to but a new one
The battery is in the trunk under the trunk liner, simply remove the trunk liner, remove the hold down and cables and replace...
Drain it with a sump pump (you can rent one cheap) as for saving the liner it is kind of a craps shoot sometimes they stay in place and sometimes they move before pool is empty. Try draining it 1/2 way and see if that makes it possible to repair that has worked for me in the past, but they are usually are not savable I've worked on pools for 10 years and most of the time we drain an above ground pool the liner has to be replaced. Good Luck

Sounds like you have too much suction in the skimmer. If you have 2 skimmers and have plugged one to vacuum, try taking it out. If you do not have 2 skimmers and have a main drain, try diverting some more of the suction to the main drain. I am not sure why you would be getting wrinkles unless your liner is loose or you have water behind the liner causing this. Hope this helps
how can i remove algae from my pool liner, I have treated the water but algae remains on my liner
