If it's like the 2000 Venture there are two wing nuts on each light that have to be removed first. Then you have to grab hold and pull forward on the whole assembly until it pops loose. There is another wing nut that holds the two pieces of the assembly together, but you only need to remove this when you put it back in. It's a very stupid design that lends itself to being damaged or you getting a finger or something else injured. I wish I could get paid the money these idiots got paid for coming up with some of these dumb ideas.

The drain plug on the 2003 Chevy Venture is located on the bottom edge of the radiator. It is on the side facing the engine.
the horn is easier to get to,if you remove the right side headlight housing!! then you can see horn.
Open the hood, remove the two locks that hold the headlight assembly in place, with the two locks removed you can wiggle the headlight assembly out and gain access to the back side of the assembly to remove and replace the headlight bulb.

You can remove the headlight by removing the retaining screws. Remove the headlight wiring. The headlight should easily come out.
