nail polish remover is good for small paint removal jobs. If you have a lot of paint to remove from a metal frame consider Peel Away 7 or Smart Strip Paint Remover which are the best to remove paint from metal especially if there are multiple layers of old paint.

Explain "remover spray paint " - never heard of that !
Yes you can. Use the appropriate paint or it will chip off.

after all spray is dried up!! engine will stop smoking after excess paint on engine has been burned off
Rub it with a rag dipped in Goof Off. -It will NOT harm the car paint.
try paint thinner and an old cloth
Take some sandpaper and just sand it right off. That's what I did, and it worked. :D
The first thing yo have to do is get the paint wet. Use a spray bottle or pour water over it. Then take a scrub brush (like those in the kitchen) and scrub the paint off. You may have to moisten the mesh over again, depending on how much paint you want off.
Wash the bug spray off with hot water first.
put some bleach in a spray bottle and spray the area it will come right off.
