Well I recently have taken the back seat out of my 95 presidential, adding some black suede to the interior. As for removing the bottom of the seat, u put ur hand on the front side of the seat close to the floor and push back hard and it will pop out push it in in about the center of where some one would sit if they where back there. Do that on bothe side of the seat, the it should lift up and pull out. As for the top of the back seat u will have 2 I wanna say 18mm nuts that secure the seat belt buckles un do the nuts for those, then to ur right and left u will have 2 brackects held on by something like a nut but it's not u can use just a pair of pliars to twist those off they r just like a cheap clip to hold the brracket in place. Now after all that is done u simply lift it the top of the seat up. Now u have to put a little elbow behinde it.(if u look at the back of the seat from ur trunk u will can see the bracket at the top center of the seat.) that's why u have to lift it up, then just shimmy it out from behinde the seatbelt shoulder straps. very easy process, takes about 10 mins for the average person like myself to pull out.

In my 2000 LeSabre, it's under the back seat. Remove the rear seat and I'll bet it's there.
