To remove the tail light fixture on a 1987 to 1990 Chevy Celebrity sedan:
1. Inside the trunk next to the quarter panel are 3 nuts. Remove the center nut, it should line up with the center of the tail light fixture.
2. Pull back on the tail light fixture until the stud clears the body.
3. Pull outward on the tail light fixture to remove a tab from the back up light panel.
4. Twist the appropriate socket counter clockwise and remove it. You can now replace the light bulb.
Reverse the process to put the tail light fixture back in place.
