Turn the wiper switch to the on position. Turn the key on and as soon as the wipers go straight up then turn them off. That will make it easier to remove the blade. Lift the wiper away from the windshield while pulling down. Be sure to not let the wiper fall against the windshield. Push the new one in place and you are done.
Most wipers are now universal with kits to fit most cars and trucks, you just need to know the length.
You take it to autozone and they will show you
Raise the wiper blade and hold. Pull the release on the bottom of the blade and wiggle it off.

The rear wiper blade is a chevrolet-only part so you'll need to go to the dealer to get a replacement (no aftermarket options available to my knowledge). When at the dealer, ask for the replacement procedure. The front wiper blades ARE available in aftermarket options.
