Send it back to Sony. This job is way too complex for most people to do themselves. Go to www.sony.com
camera 200w. how much pixels in there?
In ten hours, a 200W bulb will use: 10 * 200 = 2000 Watt-hours = 2 kwh
the maps on 250w include all North America's vs 200w only the 48 states, Hawaii and Puerto Rico OR regional maps (if it's not bought in the US)
You would have to download and install the new maps I recomend finding them on some torrent site if you already own them.

It sounds like it is time to have the internal battery replaced. This can be done by Garmin, or if you are handy, check the web for instructions on how to open the unit and replace the battery. If the unit is still under warranty, Garmin may not charge you for the replacement.
You never can tell. The max rating is undefined and just means that in some circumstance you could feed 200W into the speaker (or get 200W out from the amplifier) for some undetermined length of time (like a few milliseconds or even micro seconds) which is pretty meaningless.
No. The heat from the larger bulb will damage the socket, and is a fire hazard.

600w - the thicker filament has a lower resistance, which leads to a higher current and thus higher wattage
