How do you report a WikiAnswers.com user who is vandalizing questions and answers?

There is a dispute resolution program on WikiAnswers. You can contact the Community Advisor Team (communityadvisor @ answers.com) and report the vandal.
You can report directly to a Supervisor, who is a site volunteer ready to help the community and has the ability to warn vandals and spammers.
You can also report it to a Vandal Patrol member or Community Assistant. You can see if a member falls under those categories in their bio page.

You can report an incorrect answer at wikianswerscom by reporting the error to the category supervisor.
Why doesn't WikiAnswers have good answers?
Well the challenge is that the Wiki concept allows anyone to put answers in. There are those that enjoy vandalizing answers. There are over 1000 Supervisors that monitor answers and questions for such vandalism. You can help by letting us know when you find things like this by posting in the forum, clicking "Report Abuse", or posting on a Supervisor's message board.
Why do many answers include the word Apex?
Answers (and many Questions) that contain the word APEX are questions used in an online school called Apex, Inc. Students from Apex classes try to get homework answers. Please feel free to flag or report any questions/answers that appear to relate to the Apex online homework questions.

YOU are the editor! WikiAnswers is a cooperative initiative allowing everyone to contribute to the answer. Contributors have the ability to reorganize, edit answers and questions as well as flag and report abuse. The Help Center in the menu can provide lots of information on the rules and acceptable practices. The Supervisors help monitor the site and do what they can for editing, though spend much of their time attempting to eliminate as much spam and nonsense as they can.

How do you become more vigilant and ready for anything?
Communicate on the internet by using a name that no one can identify you. Ask general questions and discreet with your answers to their questions. Watch the wording of responses. Repeat the questions. Are the answers the same. It receiver is abrupt, block them, report them to rid of them, immediately.
