3. There are 4 options; Bad Words, Personal Information, Rude or Mean, Bad Penguin name.
4. Click on one of the options and then you can take it from there!
But remember only report someone if they have broken the rules not if they have thrown snowballs at you!

You can go to the Everyday Phoning Facility to become an EPF and protect the island from herbert the polar bear! You can locate this building by clicking on your map and then going to the ski village! You will also find a tour booth located in the ski village... take the test! But, you have to be a certain age... Cool thing about the EPF Watch this....
