Go to the Options Menu, which is the last button where you find Live Mode, Buy Mode, Build Mode, and Story Mode. You will see an icon that looks like an old Floppy Disk. This is the button you click to save your game. It will say "Save" if you hold your mouse over it for a second in a Tool Tip.

I try to search, how to save this game but there's no answer.(That I told u at the start) So I want to help you guys who have the same problem as me! Ok, Just press space bar. Thx

∙ 12y agoDepends on the file type. If it's a .package file, you simply unzip it (if needed), and place it in the correct folder - documents/sims2/downloads.
If it's an installable package, you double-click, and the installer SHOULD work. However, some custom items, the game will claim you don't have the expansion for, even if you have all of them, for some reason. What you really want is called the Sims2Pack Clean Installer. This will help you avoid little compatibility issues that some custom content has. Check modthesims.com for that. Then you should have no issues at all.

Yes. You can do this by going to the Sims 3 menu, and rather than clicking 'save' to save your game, go to 'save as...' and then rename the game. This should work.

That happened to me, it means that they are stuck in a glitch, you cannot do anything, you must delete the family or go to the neighborhood, and don't save.

If you were to download sims furniture to your documents how would you put it on your sims game?
*sigh* allright heres what you do..... first go into the sims 2 just go to the point you see your hood see the little flower? icon button? click that and just download like two items then exit the game then serch your computer for a folder called downloads it will be conected to the sims...then extract the downloads in your documents and drag and drop them into the downloads folder ...then it should be in the buy mode when you go into the game ((if its sims 1 this will not work @.@)) no...? what you need to do is delete the custom content you just installed and save it again in; EA games > Sims 2 > Downloads. once you have done that, right click on the file you downloaded and extract it. Then go into your game and enable the custom content as said above. ok i see what u sayin now so can save it in the ea games and drag it to the sims 2 double deluxe area because it have the downloads into the ea game :))
