click save when it asks for run/save/cancel, in the popup click the arrow pointing down, go down to your flashdrive and click it then click save
Right click on the image as "Save Picture As". Then save to your flashdrive or thumbdrive. Next go to your account and upload it from your thumbdrive or flashdrive.

Sorry just figured it out, you go to File > Save my places as > go to your flashdrive > then save!
1) plug in your flash drive 2) click the Microsoft button on the top ( its a circle with four squares inside it ) 3) click save as 4) make sure the bar at the top is switched to your flash drive 5) name your Power Point 6) click save or okay, whatever it says at the bottom Your Welcome
Simply open the file location of the PowerPoint. Then open the USB flashdrive location also. Click and hold the PowerPoint to drag it to the flashdrive location, which copies it to the drive.
