"Je parle un peu français, mais pas assez pour avoir une conversation"
I speak a bit french but not enough to have a conversation....
Simple as that.
Knowing a few dozen French words is enough to ask your way and understand the directions. To get a correct understanding of everyday topics and be able to have a satisfying conversation, about four to five hundred French words would be quite enough. A sizeable part of the French population uses about 600 vocabulary words and fit perfectly in the French society.
"Conversation" in French means a verbal exchange or discussion between people. It refers to the act of talking and communicating with others in a casual or informal setting.
This quote suggests that it is not as important what one knows in their youth, but rather their ability to continue learning throughout their lives. Those who know how to learn and adapt are better equipped to navigate life's challenges and opportunities, regardless of their initial knowledge. The quote emphasizes the value of a growth mindset and ongoing self-improvement.
English: I know a little bit of french. French: Je connais un petit peu de francais.
Tu connais un peu le français
do you mean, what's going to happen in the future? i dont know - make conversation with her . flirt a little :]
If I were you (coming from a girls persepctive) I would first talk to her. Not about random things of course but get to know her a little bit. Do not rush into anything. Most girls will be polite enough and talk and engage into a conversation.
What about 'hey'? surely that's the best way to start a conversation, they'll talk to you if they talk to you, don't get all paranoid but the best advice is to NOT talk to someone you do know little creep :) jk bbz
