The Japanese don't really have a phrase for "oh no", however there are a number of curses one can say when something doesn't go as planned. Usually, one might say something like しまった (shimatta), くそ (kuso), or 弱ったな (yowatta na). Language filters prevent me from posting the meaning of these phrases, but it should probably be noted that these words don't have quite the intensity or vulgarity that they do in English.
