I believe it's a name and it can be written in katakana like " ガヴィン "

About pronouncing it, the Japanese use a weak form of the consonant 'b' instead of 'v' in pronounciation so it would be read like (ga-bin). Note that it's a slightly different from both 'v' and 'b' and is more something in between.
