In Irish it can be:

Gaiscíoch = warrior; hero
Curadh = warrior/hero; champion
In Welsh (Celtic but not Gaelic):
Rhyfelwr = warrior
fwale-ku (faolchú) / mock-cheera (mac tíre)
There are numerous terms for wolf in Scottish Gaelic but the most common are
madadh-allaidh ('wild dog')
mac-tìre (son of [the] land)
