If it's dated 1963 or earlier you might be able to sell it on eBay or to a currency dealer, but unless it's very old (1928 or earlier) you'll be unlikely to get very much for it. Red seal $2 bills from 1953 and 1963 are generally only worth a couple of dollars extra. The only exception would be a 1953 bill with a small A, B, or C next to the date and that's in almost-new condition.
If it's a green-seal dated 1976 or later, you can't sell it unless it's uncirculated. Those are all modern issues with no added value if they've been in circulation, so if that's what you have just spend it.
