If you want to save a picture you have found using your web browser and the Google search engine you can do as follows (on a Windows computer and other operating systems are quite similar)
- Locate the picture
- Place your pointer on the picture
- Right click
- In the context menu that pops up*, choose (click on) Save picture as...
- Find a good place for your picture in the Save as... dialog by opening folders or making new ones
- Click Save
*If you did not get a "Save picture as..." dialog when you right clicked the picture then the picture is copyright protected or the maker of the web page does not want you to download the image (you will have to ask permission or use a screen dump to get the image into a folder on your own computer)
