If its bogging out at low revs it is most likely a clogged up idle jet, you need to take apart the carburetor and clean out the idle jet but while your at it you might aswell clean the whole carb. search on YouTube 'how to clean a motorycle carb' and it should give you step by step instructions. As a temporary fix spraying CarbCleaner into the petrol intake of the carb may fix it but your better off giving the whole carb a good clean.

Could be a plugged/damaged catalytic converter.
it basically lets the bike work at higher revs, for example on mine it gives it unlimited revs, so it wont stop at about 6000rpm like a normal bike but just keep going, it can be bad because if the revs get too high the engine may explode
