I'm so sorry sweetheart, but i had to go through the same thing. sometimes you think you can fix it, but you have to look at the reason your parent's are getting a divorce. i mean TRUTHFULLY look at the reason. more than 75% of the time the reason makes sense. you have to understand why and how this happened.this is life, and later you'll realize divorce was the smartest choice. you have to understand that you and your parents are hurting. the only thing you could do to help your parents is be on your best behavior. they are humans and they hurt and feel like failures when something doesn't work out. it's okay sometimes to feel like what I'm saying is useless and untrue, but you have to take this divorce thing slow. believe me, I'm 15 years old and just last month my parents officially signed the divorce papers.it sucks beyond compare but you can't blame this on yourself and you can't endanger yourself or anyone around you. it's not your fault and you must take your time letting this seep in. it's okay.
