I can tell you that this tglio.dll file has attached itself to your Explorer process. It may have also attached itself to other processes. First find out all that it has attached itself to.
Go to run from the start menu and enter procexp. Hit enter.
When that pops up go to find dll or handle and enter your dll file name. It will specify which processes it has attached itself. If it's not a vital process then you can kill the process and subsequently delete that dll file.
If it's attached to the winlogon.exe or explorer processes then here are a few more steps.
Right click on each process seperately and go to properties. Under threads you will need to right click and kill each instance of the dll. You will also need to do this with any handles listed. I had to suspend the winlogon handle.
Then you should be able to delete that dll. If it's protected and you can't delete it. Move the file to another folder... I moved it to a new folder in My Documents. Then reboot and you should be able to delete that file. Good luck...

close it down and open it up again.

Have you tried to restart the computer.
You just the file from your browser to your desktop, download in your browser, ex. Internet Explorer, Firefox, chrome,netscape. Then download adobe reader, google adobe reader, download like you did before, install. Then restart the computer and open pdf file.
Install chrome, explorer is never good, or maybe your connection is limited which means you should restart your internet router.

There is no cost for internet Explorer 9. Simply go to Microsoft's webiste and click the free download. After downloading the new verison, restart your computer and you have Internet Explorer 9.
In IE, go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced. Uncheck the checkbox that mentions 'third party browser extensions' OK, OK, Restart After you reboot, uninstall the Google Toolbar. It causes nothing but problems and is pretty much worthless.
