When cheetahs are born, their mother must move them to a new hiding spot every few days. This will keep them safe, and out of harm of any predators.

When a baby cheetah is six months old the mother brings home a live animal so the babies can learn how to eat and chase prey.

When they turn a year old, they start hunting and catching small animals, with the help of their mother.

And by the age of two, they are able to move and hunt on their own.
