You need a dial indicator and a degree wheel to measure both the lift and duration. Now you CAN check it to see if you can find any numbers, if so, you might be able to look up the part number you find and see what you have that way.
They are all the same size.
If it has center hold-downs on the rocker covers, it's probably a roller cam.
Contact the cam manufacturer of your choice for a recomendation.
350...383 is a stroker motor, a 350 with a 400 crank and cam which increases the stroke and adds .3 liters of displacement.
