This is a very mature thing to admit, and it's good that you have decided it's wrong!
The best way would be to wait until your parents are in a good mood, and not busy doing something else.
Start off by saying something like "I need to ask for your advice on something," or "I have something to tell you that's hard for me to say."
Then, just tell them you've been cheating. Give them a chance to say whatever they are going to say because they'll be upset, and let them vent off some of their emotion.
Understand that they are upset not because they hate you or think you're bad, but because they love you and want you to be the best person you can be, and they know cheating is not the way to do that.
Once they've gotten their emotions out of the way, say something like "I need your help to stop cheating now." Ask them to help you set aside time for studying, and to help you learn how to study so that you don't feel like you have to cheat.
