New Holland also produces a couple of different more "generic" manuals that are very detailed and useful for adjustments and setting timing on a myriad of different models of their balers.
The majority of New Holland square balers use the same or similar knotters and basic design.
They have a "full size" manual, and also a "pocket-size" field manual, that you can keep in your pickup truck or tractor's tool box during haying season!

It depends. The New Holland Baler is not that bad, although if you are more comfortable with a Deere Baler, you should use that instead. The decision is up to you.
