I will assume that this a school assignment rather than a professional review for a newspaper or literary magazine.
First, read the book carefully. Then tell what it is about. Describe the main characters and tell what situation they are in. Tell what the main conflicts are or what problems are faced by the main character. Tell what you found interesting in the book. Do not tell how the main conflicts were resolved or reveal the solutions to the main problem. However, you may want to comment on the general philosophy or point of view of the author. If you have read other books by the same author or if you have read others books that are similar, compare the other books to this one. If you found a paragraph that was especially well-written or which summarizes the theme of the book, include it in your review. If you find inaccuracies, anachronisms, poor writing or find flaws in the plot, you might want to comment on them.
You write what you know about a book that you have read.
How do you write a report about Barack Obama?
You could write about an animal or a city. Or even a book or film!
To get tips on learning to write a book report, one should seek advice from a teacher. Alternatively, find example book reports or visit the 'homework tips' webpage.
It is strongly recommended that you read the book and then write the report. WikiAnswers will not do your homework for you. WikiAnswers neither condones nor permits cheating, and someone else writing your report for you would be just that.
I don't think you can do a book report without reading the book. Unless you go on line to research the book, you might be able to wright a book report on it. But for the most part, no you cannot write the report if you don't read the book first. I usually do the book report while I read the book.
A typical book report includes an introduction (summary of the book and thesis statement), a body (analysis of characters, plot, themes), and a conclusion (final thoughts and recommendation). Additional parts like a brief biography of the author and personal reflection may also be included.

Book report suggestion: Actually read the book and stop posting every single question you're supposed to address onto WikiAnswers.
