Be more specific, What brand is it, whats the model number, and what year is it?. Normally if it is an electric moped it has a key insert. insert the key and turn clock-wise . then click the switch. if this does not work then you the side of the ped you should has a kick start kicker near the ped stand. rev the ped and hold you brakes while pushing force on the foot kick start.
