on 4th floor go out the window on the right .talk to jasmine (the girl next to the yellow pokemon) she will ask you to run an errand to cianwood city once there find the pharmacy talk to the person there they will give you the secretpotion bring it to jasmine in olivine city then go to the gym and battle her.NOTE: no one else in the gym will fight you so don't be afraid to talk to them or walk past them.

• You can't get there through the elevator; you have to take the stairs. Go up as far as you can (4th floor I believe). To the right, you'll see a light on the floor coming from a hole in the wall. It will take you to the outside of the lighthouse. Go through the door in the front and you will be on the third floor on the other side of the wall. Continue to go up the ladders and you will reach the gym leader. She will ask you to get medicine for the Pokemon there and unlock the door for you so you can just use the elevator.

she is in the top floor in the light house { known as the glitter house}. She can only be reached if you take the stairs and not the elevator. She also has an empharos so she will be tough for a faraligator like i have. It took me a while to beat her she is also very strong. Do not underestimate her.

At first, Jasmine isn't in the gym because she is healing an Ampharos at the lighthouse. Get through the lighthouse and up to the top. Then talk to Jasmine and she'll ask you to get medicine from the pharmacy in Cianwood City. Surf south and hop onto a small beach. Of course, you can fight the Cianwood gym leader if you want to.
