It is unfortunate that an ex would do this to you and your children. All you can do is keep trying without being overbearing. Send cards, letters, care packages with cookies. Someday, hopefully sooner than later, they will come around and figure out that you are not as bad as they were taught. Kids always come back to their roots, they are at an immature and independent stage in their lives. Just don't make the same mistake that your ex made and talk badly of him to the boys (no matter what), you will lose all credibility.
How do I divorce my husband who was departed to Mexico 2 years ago.
Yes as he has not bothered to contact you in the past three years , you can very well divorce him, he might be dead even and life goes on.
You need to contact a lawyer (attorney) in the country in which you live.
No. Since their divorce, and rocky first years of being divorced, Kate and Jon Gosselin no longer live together. They live close together since they share custody of the children, but rarely have contact.
Check with a lawyer just to be safe. If your ex has had nothing to do with the children in several years which includes absolute zero contact, and you are unable to contact your ex, and also do not know where they live, you may very well be within your rights to move.
My divorce degree had given me my EX Army Benefits- when he passed away. He retired a year ago (esti). I mailed into the Army a year ago the papers and was told I should have sent the divorce degree within the first year of the divorce. I didn't know and thought since this was a court order that Army should honor it. I was married to my EX over 15 years. He was active duty and the last few years of his career had gone to the Army National Guard. He turned in his paperwork when he was 60 years old. What can I do if anything? Julia meakka@yahoo.com
The statute of limitation for opening a divorce settlement is eight years in Utah. You should contact a lawyer because the description for the case defines the statute.
Two-years is the statute of limitation in Indiana for reopening a divorce decree. If you donÕt know the start date, contact a layer for help.
