'Que esta haciendo' = 'What are you (formal)/is he/she/it doing?'
You would respond by telling what you are/he/she/it is doing.
Clearly, this could be so many things, it is impossible to give a complete answer.
But depending on the relevant verb, and person:
In response to 'you', would reply
'estoy....' ( I am....) + the present participle of the relevant verb, e.g.
(from 'pensar', to think) '....pensando'; (from 'dormir', to sleep) '....durmiendo', etc.
In response to 'he/she/it',
'esta....' (accent on final 'a' + present participle of relevant verb, e.g.
'....jugando' (playing), '....comiendo' (eating), 'escribiendo....' (writing), etc.
Que haces means "what do you do?" So, it really depends on the context of the question.
You would answer the question ¿Que hace usted? by telling the person what you do for a living. For example. Soy profesora. (I am a teacher)
