Many people drink and dont have a problem, BUT the problem comes when it takes over thier life. They have to have a drink beofre going home to loved ones, or they have to have a drink before bed . Many drinkers argue they are fine and they just need a drink to relax, that is where the problem is, they justify the problem, they can't just have a Pepsi, they have tp drink alchol
take/accept/get/acquire/eat/drink/have
There should be no problem at all!
Sure, no problem...
yes, no problem
The amount you drink doesn't directly determine if you are an alcoholic. If it's 1.75 OUNCES a week, it is unlikely you are physically addicted to alcohol. If you aren't physically addicted, you aren't an alcoholic. If you meant 1.75 liters, that is a very different story. Not being addicted doesn't mean you aren't an alcohol abuser. Do you have recurring negative aspects in your life because you drink, yet you continue to drink? Don't count the anger or condemnation of teetotaling friends of family members. If yes, and you continue to drink, you are an alcohol abuser and need to consider whether what you are doing is worth the problems caused.
Yes. If you only drink when your out you have some sort of social problem.

If we regard an alcoholic drink as a form of medication, then the active ingredient is ethyl alcohol. If we regard it is just a drink, then the term "active indredient" would not apply.
