What is the climax of the 39 clues?

The 39 clues series has not ended yet, as of March 6, 2011, because book 11, Vespers Rising contains information of Vespers vs. Cahills. But presumably you are asking of Book 10, in which Isabel Kabra has everybody (Amy, Dan, Hamilton, Isabel's children Natalie and Ian, Jonah who has been injured, Sinead Starling and then Ted Starling) at her mercy in the Gauntlet of the Madrigals. She threatens them until they give her their clues, which she uses to make the master serum. Isabel is then attacked by Hamilton, Amy, Dan, Natalie, Ian, etc. in which the master serum falls out of her hand. And everybody but Amy and Jonah quickly try to take the serum. In the end, the serum is destroyed when a certain somebody (cough, cough everybody) throws it and it shatters on Isabel's forehead, knocking her out for a good few hours. The Madrigals then clean up the island, including Isabel's grunt workers. In the end, Grace's other Will is read and all the family members on the island receive 2 million dollars per person. (i.e. a lot of Benjamins) Fiske then reveals the existence of the Vespers and the book ends with us hanging, wondering what will happen next.
