If the torque has come loose it could be the lock nuts have lost their crimp. The top of the nut is crimped to cause a restrictive fit on the stud. After being used a few times the threads lose this restriction . Either replace the nuts or clean them and the studs with a brake clean type cleaner, dry with compressed air and use Locktite on them.
If the torque is fastened with bolts the same applies. Tighten the fasteners to
the specified torque.
