It's related with the wheel spin ASR.
The rotation of the rear wheels is electronically controlled and co related with the speed of the car, the steering position, the brakes and the torque of the engine; when the computer making this analysis over 100 of times/ second find something wrong can adjust / cut the power to the wheels, brake one rear wheel in order to keep the car on the right trace!
Usually can compensate mistakes of the drivers of maximum 20-30 km/h over speed but cannot save you from big mistakes!
Be careful and drive safe! Speed on slippery roads kills!
Dynamic Traction Control. A part of DSC. (Dynamic Stability Control)
Dynamic Stability Control
Dynamic Stability Control, When you see the light on, it means the system is disabled.
DSC = Dynamic Stability Control There is a very good explanation of what it is and how it works at this URL: http://www.bmwworld.com/technology/dsc.htm Hope this is helpful.
Dynamic response refers to how a system or process reacts and adapts to changing conditions or inputs over time. It describes how quickly and effectively a system can adjust to disturbances or changes in its environment to maintain stability or achieve a desired outcome. In engineering and control systems, dynamic response is often characterized by parameters such as rise time, settling time, overshoot, and stability.
Dynamic Stability Control.
Dynamic stability is the property of retaining almost the same number of revolutions per minute when the mechanical load on the shaft is connected or diconnected.

Roll Stability Control , its part of the Advance Trac system ( traction control , electronic stability control , Roll Stability Control )
every athlete must be able to maintain balance and stability athletes' loss of stability can have an adverse effect on their ability toperformthe skills of the given sport with control. a loss of control can affect factors such as forceproductionand accuracy.the two types of balance are. STATIC BALANCE- which is balance when the body is at rest (not moving). DYNAMIC BALANCE- which is balance when the body is moving
You will have to be a bit more descriptive. If its outside, its the indicator. If its inside, it could be DTC/DSC. That will look like... an exclamation mark in a triangle in an almost complete circle with an arrow on the left side. This is the cars traction control, stability control and anti-spin mechanism. DTC is a section of DSC and that is your "Dynamic Traction Control." DSC is "Dynamic Stability Control." You can restrict DTC/DSC by pressing the DTC button on your dash board or turn the system off all together by holding the button for 3-4 Seconds. If you have a big engine though, you better be awake if you do that!
DHCP itself means Dynamic host control protocol... :)
