I think you are asking about mangoes. Or mango trees. Crude oil is by definition, is the oil that comes out of a well. In any case, crude oil is generally considered harmful to plant life, when large quantities are spilled. I don't know if this is your question. Also, I note that special horticultural oils are available to treat fungal diseases. This may be the case for mangoes.
Antifreeze is not as dangerous as you think. Just use warm water or some cleaning bleach if you are that worried. Antifreeze should not provide health issues if you just clean it with water.
