"Far" meaning distance from Earth: only as far as the Moon. Two unmanned spacecraft (Voyagers) have now left the solar system. The record is held by the crew of Apollo 13 they flew on an orbit 100 km past surface of the Moon.
No astronaut has gone further than the far side of the moon, when orbiting it. How far away it was at the time I don't know, but the maximum it ever is from Earth is 405,696 km.
No. Space shuttles do not have the capability to travel so far. They are designed for low earth orbit.
the farest humans went was the moon. the farest for robots i dont know
No body has gone so far as yet.
There have been at least 40 different space ships that have gone into space. There have been an estimated 100 or more attempts.

So far no cats have ever gone into space, not yet anyway. However there is no reason why they couldn't.

So far, space tourists have gone as far as the International Space Station, which is in orbit around the Earth. Tourism has not yet made any great inroads into the galaxy. We are awaiting improvements in the technology of interstellar travel.
Science has not gone too far, humans have.
I don't think so. As far as the public people know the only animals that have reached outer space are dogs, monkeys, insects, fish, and people. There has never been a horse in space...

12 so far i think... The first ever person to enter space was Neil Armstrong
Six space ships have gone into space by this point. These are Columbia, Challenger, Discovery, Atlantis, Endeavor and Buran.
