Neptune doesn't have summer and winter like we do on Earth:
It takes 165 Earth years for Neptune to orbit the sun, and as it is the furthest planet in our solar system it doesn't have seasons like we do, due to it's distance; located about 30 times farther away from the Sun than Earth is. Only about 1/900th as much sunlight reaches Neptune as our planet. Yet, the small amount of sunlight it does receive, significantly affects the planet's atmosphere.
It has been summer in the south pole of Neptune for about 40 years now, and is now turning back to winter, which will last a further 40 years or so.
However, there is a lot of variables such as how methane leaks into the atmosphere causing temprature variations (i.e. right now, the south pole has a temprature of around 10 degrees and yet the rest of the planet settles around -200 degrees celsius and a lot of solar energy input during that time can make big temperature differences between the regions in continual sunlight and those with day-night variations.
Still, not a nice place to visit with wind speeds of around 2000 kph
Neptune is known for intense storms and the most erratic climate in the Solar System. It is extremely dark and very cold, with average temperatures of negative 353 degrees Fahrenheit and negative 214 degrees Celsius.
Neptune is the eighth planet form the Sun and one of the coldest. The average temperature on Neptune's surface is -353 Fahrenheit.
It's coloud blue like the Ocean also it has an Extreme weather. It has a violet weather
The planet Neptune, has a minimum temperature of 50 Kelvin, and an average temperature of 53 Kelvin.
is so cold because its the farthest than any other planet in space
The lowest Neptune has ever gotten is -218 degrees Celsius. Its average temperature is -200 degrees Celsius. Neptune doesn't have greatly varied temperatures like some planets though.
It has a mean temperature of approx -200 deg C.
