As Zeus' wife and queen of the gods, she is fairly important. However, very few of her actions are extremely significant. She is mostly known for punishing the women she suspects of being Zeus' consorts (ex. Echo) and for making trouble for Zeus' illegitimate children by his mistresses. She took the side of the Greeks in the Trojan War (along with Athena and several other gods) and is the mother of Hephaestus. For her divine roles, she is the goddess of marriage and women.
I would personally rank her 6 out of 10. She's important and appears often, but she's almost always one of the background characters. However, she is in the main pantheon with her siblings.
