I am putting together a western wedding now. There are alot of options. It just depends on how western you want to get. We have built an arch to look like a hitchin' post, with partial fence railing coming off the sides to place a couple of saddles on. We are making small "feed bags" out of burlap sacks for the rice bags, The bouquets are magnolia's, however, I had a western wedding and my flowers were wild flowers out of the field. Her veil is attached to a western hat, we have small lanterns that will be placed on the tables as centerpieces. Flower girl will be throwing flower petals out of a pail. There are many other ideas I could give. But this is what I am putting together at the time.
Wedding receptions are generally planned to take place at an alternate location from the wedding, usually a dining hall that is rented at a location or in the hotel the bride and groom are staying at.

A wedding coordinator helps to plan and organize weddings. They try to make sure that the wedding goes exactly how it is planned and that nothing goes wrong. Wedding coordinators need to have excellent business skills.

Ask how many weddings they have planned. Ask how many clients they will be working with during your time frame. Too many simultaneous clients decreases the quality of service you receive. Ask if they have planned a wedding of the size you want. Ask if they can create a wedding within your budget and how often they go over budget.
The originally planned to get married in June/July of this summer but called off their wedding (very) shortly before the date
There is no standard or traditional answer for this. It depends on what the bride and groom want.
