Natural gas is natural gas. It is not made from crude oil or anything else. Thus the name.
are found in natural gas, often in association with crude oil production
No. Natural gas is a petroleum product, frequently found near crude oil deposits.
Crude Oil is a liquid.
you don't make crude oil. Crude oil is natural oil after it has been sucked up from the earth, before it has been processed
An interesting question. I will consider the fossil fuels as coal, oil and natural gas. Coal and oil can not be recreated in a laboratory setting as it takes millions of years for these fuels to go from buried organic material to their final form. But, bio-diesel oil can be produced, which has many of the hydrocarbons found in crude oil. Natural gas can be made from decaying material, almost all methane, so I would say yes to natural gas. You may find more information from internet searches under bio diesel and natural gas.
Natural gas and water may be produced along with the crude oil. For this reason, when the crude oil is produced, it must be processed and the gas and water separated out, so the oil can be sold to refineries.
No natural gas is natural gas.
No natural gas is natural gas.
Natural gas is less expensive to produce than distilling crude oil for heating. Though, many different products are produced by distilling and refining crude oil, especially in plastics, etc.
Crude oil is found below natural gas reservoirs.
If your question is "Is natural gas often found where crude oil is found?" then the answer is yes.
crude oil and natural gas
Generally we refer to oil from a well as crude oil, but we referred to gas as produced gas. Most oil wells produce some gas. Natural gas from a well may require processing to remove contaminants and water. Natural gas from a well may require processing to remove contaminants and water.

crude oil
Natural gas is often found with crude oil, and has in the past just been flared off. I don't think oil is turned into gas though.
