The halfway point is just a few miles south of the major city of Dundee, if you are travelling by road. If you are going by car and you think it's time for a break, then the Glendoick Garden Centre, between Perth and Dundee (north side of the road) should serve you a decent coffee!

Travelling from the Scottish city of Glasgow to the Spanish capital Madrid is a road journey of 2,300km. You can do it in a car in 3 days. A motorbike would be quicker and a lorry would be slower. There are a number of American towns called Glasgow (e.g. in Kentucky, California, Missouri, etc). It would take much longer to drive to Spain from any of those Glasgows.
