HERES WHAT TO DO
listen close, i hhad the EXACT same thing happen to me, and im actually experiencing it right now. Pinky mice are extremly difficult to take care of. and NO they cant go all night without proper care. you need to wake up at least 2 during the night to feed and poop them. also, there mothers would naturally feed them every half hour!!! and every 2-3 hours MINIMUM. what u can feed them is kitten formula and a simulated nipple. these things will cost u under 20 dollars, and they are the most essential.
when you feed them, they should be warmed up, and try rubbing them with warm water(but not too much mice can easily drown)also a good way to stimulate him to feed fom the bottle is to warm the nipple up, my mouse loves that.they should pee everytime you feed them and poop every 3 rd time u feed them. also a good way to keep track of there health is by weighing them. at the moment my 3 day old pinky mouse is averaging about warmth. they also cannot go poop on there own. keep them warm but not to warm!!! i hope this helps :)
What also helps is if your talking about a baby mouse that has some hair and you found the mouse put alot of food in the cage or shelter the food that they eat are crops mostly and cheese me and my friends have one right now and its knight time it's over at my friends house i am so worried hope this info helped.
Second Answer:
The previous answer is somewhat but not completely accurate. I am currently caring for 2 "pinky" wild mice. This is the second day since I found them. They are doing wonderful. Caring for them IS NOT difficult if you have patience. I have them in a simulated incubator made from a cardboard box. The bottom of the box is covered with a heating pad, covered with 2 bath towels. I purchased a digital thermometer that has a transmitter. I placed the transmitter inside the box and I monitor the temperature from the receiver. I maintain a temperature of around 100 degrees. Cover the top of the box with something solid to help maintain a steady temperature and to keep objects from falling into the box. Leave room for air to circulate into the box though. I feed the babies every 2 hours during the day and I gently wrap them in a swaddling cloth to keep them warm during feeding. Watch their arms and legs. They are very tiny and can easily be broken. Lay them on their side to feed so that they do not get strangled.
I feed the babies ONCE at night at around 2:00 and that will suffice. My baby mice are doing WONDERFUL. They are very active and feed well. They use the bathroom regularly. You will do fine with mice I'm sure. Good Luck!
Probably not longer than 3-4 hours. They need to feed often, because they are very small. Feed with a syringe or a tube. Check with your local vet to be sure.
You can feed baby mice kitten formula by diluting the formula by a two thirds. Mice do not do well with cows milk.
Mice are mammals, and like all mammals, they produce milk to feed their newborns until the baby mice can eat solid food.
No. The only milk they should be drinking is their mother's.
No. Bufflo are just giant, grizzly, wild type cattle. Baby mice can only have high fat, lactose free milks such as puppy or kitten milk.
Fill a pipette with baby soy milk formula (or kitten milk) and feed it to the baby mouse every 1-2 hours
sometimes they eat cheese but they are mostly preferred to eat peanut butter and bacon. Wild mice do eat allot of things but if these wild mice are babies they wont eat the cheese they will feed of their mums milk
Wild mama mouse milk. lol
It is very hard to keep baby mice from dieing when the mother is not there. You need to feed them a substitute milk every 2 hours with an eyedropper. You need to keep them warm too. GOOD LUCK.
I'm guessing cheese and maybe normal milk. Milky cheese? That could help.
always have them in a warm area and feed them powdered milk.
If it is not given milk it will die.
Baby mice usually drink their mothers breast milk but if they are lost and their mom is gone and you found the baby then you should give it milk or water out of a dropper.
