They could remain usable for up to 50 years if stored below freezing depending on 4 factors: a. Constant temperature b. Product moisture content c. Atmosphere of the storage area d. Container holding the product.

You can store all purpose flour in the cupboard for approximately eight months. It should be stored in an airtight container.

1) dry flour in air tight container (freezing it will ruin it)

2) kneaded flour (in fridge for 3 days, not in freezer)
