Squatters don't have rights. They are there illegally and are not renters or owners to the house.

Can you claim squatters rights in the house where you live when ex wants to throw you out?

Squatters rights??? Nice try. If they do not have any interest in the home (like being on title, or lease if you are renting from someone), they must leave your home. You may want to check the related website or with the police. If they are tenants and have been paying rent, then you have to follow an eviction process.

Can you quick claim deed if house is in foreclosure?

You could file a quit claim deed. It will not remove your obligations under the mortgage and since the quit claim means they get the same rights you have, it doesn't to any good, except if there is any equity in the property after the sale, they will get it, not you.

If you did a quit claim deed will you have to pay all the debt on the house there is two mortgages?

I wish you hadn't already signed.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, A quit claim, takes away your rights to the property, but, not your responsibility.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ONLY sign at closing when the property is SOLD!

What are squatters rights in Arizona?

I don't know myself. But I have one living across the street from me and I don't think it's right! People work their asses off everyday just to pay for an apartment, mind you. And here these people are living for free in a two bedroom house. Where's the justice here?!

Who are the most famous squatters?

Apparently Rosario Dawson was squatting in NYC when she was discovered. Also, the Dial House in England is home to a lot of squatters who have become well known. All the members of CRASS lived there, as well as the Poison Girls, Rubella Ballet, and others. In the US, Greenday were squatters in Oakland, and so were members of Rancid. The members of Nausea from NYC were big in the 80s squat scene. Leftover Crack is still squats in C-Squat in NYC. Kurt Cobain squatted at Phoenix House in Olympia. There are some starters.
