As soon as you can start curing the Shotcrete with water. The first morning after the poor, use a hose to wet surface thoroughly. Do this at least twice a day in cold weather and more in summer. In essence one tries to keep the surface wet / damp at all times for at least 2 weeks, better if it can be left 4 weeks, keeping wet every day.
