Navel piercing that are a year old are considered "seasoned" and can go without jewellery for any where from a day to several days. Removing the jewellery from an "unseasoned" piercing can lead to loss of the piercing and undue trauma to the newly forming tissue that makes up the piercing.

You can usually take a bath about 3-4 day after you get your navel pierced but whatever you do don't go swimming for at least for 4 weeks after getting it done
A pierced belly closes quickly if you have not worn a ring consistently for about a year. If the hole closes, it may just be partially closed and it can be "punched" out again easily.

Depends on the person and fast they start showing signs of pregnancy. Most medical experts say as soon as you find out you are pregnant you should take out your belly ring.
1 year, the piercing takes a long time to heal if you want to take it out for good any time is fine. but if it's just to change jewellery about 6 weeks would be fine.
