Depends on the items. Some most likely are. I do know that many toys are made using child labor and children cut diamonds in India, so out of all the things sold in Kmart many are probably made using child labor.
It depends on the country where they use child labor, and what kind of rules the country has about it. If the laws don't let you use child labor then the company is using children illegally.
An example of exploitation of kids could be using child labor in sweatshops to manufacture products, where children are forced to work long hours in dangerous conditions for little pay.
