∙ 9y agoOne cup of bread is equal to about 128 grams and there are on average 800 grams in a loaf of bread. To get 16 cups of bread cubes you would need 2048 grams of bread which would mean you would need about 3 loaves.

∙ 9y agoLoaves come in many sizes, unsliced or sliced, white or wholemeal, etc. Basically, take a loaf, cut off the crust, cut into cubes of the desired size. Use as many cubes as matches the recipe.
